During that time, Boaz discovered the inefficiencies and inequalities in the securities lending market and developed his vision from which Sharegain was born.

Keren has 13 years of experience in capital markets and Fintech, from one of the world’s most successful algorithmic-trading company to the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. Keren is a seasoned manager with an extensive background in legal, operations and HR, resulting in strong problem solving and execution skills.

Liad has 10 years of experience in retail marketing in the telecom and financial industries. Ex Head of Innovation at Bank Hapoalim B.M. Liad initiated and managed the development and introduction of dozens of new products and services in the retail finance sector. Throughout the period, Liad learned the importance of transparency and simplicity in clients’ value creation.

Matt has 18 years of experience in Operations at top tier institutions (Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers and Barclays) with the last role as the EMEA Head of Equity Finance Middle Office at Barclays – incorporating Trade Support, Collateral Management and Financing teams.

Stuart has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services sector. An engineer by background, he has worked across Commodities, Private Wealth, Prime Brokerage and Lending businesses, serving in various roles at Goldman Sachs, Barclays Capital and Citi. In his last role, Stuart led Citi’s Agency Lending and Collateral business for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Sam has an extensive background in financial services and corporate strategy, most recently running J.P. Morgan’s fintech strategy and corporate development for the International Private Bank. He began his career in banking at J.P. Morgan’s New York headquarters before being relocated to London, where he focused on partnerships and principal investments for the Corporate & Investment Bank.

Saul is responsible for establishing strong relationships with prospective clients and leading the company’s sales operations and research team. Saul is passionate about capital markets and securities lending, and uses this knowledge to find the best solutions for his clients.

Reisa has over 12 years of experience in financial services across a variety of leadership roles in buy-side finance and fintech, with the last role as the COO of Earnest Analytics. As a detail-oriented professional, Reisa thrives at the intersection of data and business and is passionate about scaling businesses through optimization of processes, resources and talent.

Nick Hay brings 20 years of experience in capital markets, treasury, and liquidity management. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Global Head of Securities Finance Trading at BlackRock, where he led the firm’s securities finance activity for nearly a decade.

Nick is recognized for driving innovation in liquidity and collateral optimization, and for implementing technology-driven trading solutions with measurable commercial impact.

Ronny Maate brings over 20 years of experience in product leadership across fintech, enterprise SaaS, and data-driven platforms. She has held senior roles at Payoneer, Mesh Payments, Cybereason, 888, and Vertice, building products in complex, regulated environments. Ronny combines a strong technological foundation with deep business acumen, translating data into clear product strategy and measurable business impact.

Ben Smith has been at the heart of Sharegain since 2016, rising to Head of Product in 2023 and playing a defining role in the platform’s evolution from early stage fintech to a global securities lending leader. In his newly created role as Chief AI Officer, he leads AI strategy across the platform, client experience, and operations.

Ahikam has 20 years of experience in a variety of R&D and leadership roles. Specializing in leading efficient engineering organizations, Ahikam builds, manages, and develops results-driven and evidence-based technology solutions that power companies’ growth strategies.

Shlomi is an experienced developer with more than 12 years’ experience in software development, both back-end and front-end. He’s passionate about open-source software and an Angular, JavaScript and .NET expert. Outside of software development, Shlomi has a background in accounting and economics, working in KPMG’s IT auditing department for 4 years.

Galit is a Certified Public Accountant and ‘big four’-trained Finance Director with many years of international experience in the tech industry. Galit has strong financial analysis and technical accounting skills, with considerable experience in best practice control and process implementation.

Alex is a seasoned lawyer with over 10 years of experience in the derivatives and capital markets space. She previously practiced with Latham & Watkins in London, where she was a member of the Corporate department and the Structured Finance & Derivatives team.
