Job description

We are looking for a Senior Sales role to join our fast-growing Fintech company on our journey to revolutionise the $2 Trillion securities lending market. You will take a key role in our business development team in our HQ in London, responsible for building new business pipeline and mentoring the junior BDRs.

What we're looking for

The Role
  • Targeting UHNWI, Family Offices, Multi Family Offices, banks, custodians and asset managers across the UK and Europe
  • Building a new business pipeline and performing to the company quota
  • Achieving targets and being proactive in your approach
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs
  • Maintain an up to date and accurate CRM
  • Provide the product team with feedback from clients to support product enhancements and development
Required Qualifications
  • Track record of 5+ years selling software/solutions into the financial market industry
  • Understanding of customer needs and ability to close deals
  • Market knowledge and regulatory understanding
  • Discovery efforts that require multiple pivots to identify pain and overcome objections
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Superior analytical skills
