CoMMA stands for Collateral Management Master Agreement.
You are added to the collateral managers standard CoMMA, which Sharegain have already signed, as agent, with the collateral manager. The CoMMA governs the management of collateral, and the rights and obligations of the lender, as the collateral receiver, the borrower and the collateral manager.
